Installing it yourself in New Brunswick

Provincial programs in New Brunswick require installation by a contractor or licensed refrigeration mechanic. With a Kanartic DIY heat pump (pre-charged line sets, quick connectors) you give up those rebates but avoid installation costs: compare the rebate with a local installer’s quote before choosing.

For the announced national rebate, the criteria (including whether a DIY installation qualifies) are due on November 1, 2026. This page will be updated as soon as they are published.
